Lourdes is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at CSUSB and holds certifications in Purchasing and Supply Management, Negotiation, and Culinary arts. She is a fitness enthusiast and avid reader with eclectic taste in music who believes in laughter being the best medicine and the power of faith. Lourdes also loves spending time with family and her dogs.

Joe’s prior managerial experience at McCain Foods and Campbell Soup Company paved the way for him to join Honor Foods in 2012. As the Vice President of Sales & Purchasing, he leads his team with a true customer-first perspective. This is one of the key factors in Honor’s ability to deliver exceptional food products at great prices.
Joe spends most of his free time with his active family. He enjoys improving his golf game and is a huge Villanova basketball fan. During the summer months, you will find the whole Adams crew at a beach in South Jersey.

As the Vice President of Operations, I work with an impressive team of people that keep our operations running efficiently. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations every day. I am excited about our new facility and am actively working towards providing the best service possible to communities throughout the region as we continue our forward growth.
On a more personal note, I am a huge sports fan who loves to watch football and baseball. I grew up in Massachusetts, so I’m a huge New England sports fan, but you’ll find me on the golf course during the warmer weather. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. I have four children, and three grandchildren that keep me and my wife entertained and enjoying life.

With nearly two decades of experience in human resources, Lorien Lucas has built her career primarily within the food distribution industry, developing deep expertise in people strategy, organizational alignment, and operational support. She spent over 10 years with UNFI, the nation’s largest distributor of natural and organic foods, before joining Burris Logistics as Director of Human Resources from 2021 to 2023. Following the company’s transition to Lineage, Lorien remained for a year before returning to the Burris organization, where she stepped into her current role. During her first year with Honor Foods, she expanded her responsibilities to include leadership of both Safety and Human Resources.
As Vice President of Integration Strategy & Chief of Staff, Lorien plays a critical role in aligning teams, processes, and priorities across the organization. Her role blends strategic coordination with oversight of HR and Safety, ensuring both people and operational initiatives move forward cohesively. Lorien’s leadership style is rooted in empathy and inclusiveness, balanced with a strong commitment to high standards. She focuses on building trust, encouraging open communication, and driving alignment across teams while maintaining accountability for quality outcomes.
Outside of work, Lorien enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors, particularly through hiking and swimming. She is also closely involved in her daughter’s activities, volunteering regularly at her gym as a competitive gymnast. A passionate sports fan originally from Minnesota, Lorien proudly supports her home teams—the Vikings, Twins, Wild, and Timberwolves—and enjoys thrift shopping in her free time.

With more than 20 years of experience in supply chain operations and transformation, Jon Hunter has built his career leading organizations through growth, change, and complex integration efforts. He began his career focused on operational execution and process optimization, developing a strong foundation in planning, logistics, sourcing, and network strategy. Over time, Jon expanded into information technology and business transformation, leading large-scale initiatives including system implementations, process redesign, and ERP modernization. Prior to joining Honor Foods, he spent more than two decades with UNFI, a leading distributor in the natural and organic foods industry, where he combined deep operational expertise with technology-driven transformation work.
In his current role as Vice President of Supply Chain Integration, Jon focuses on aligning processes, systems, and teams across Honor Foods to build a unified, end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. Known for his ability to connect strategic vision with operational realities, he works across functions to create an integrated operating model that enhances transparency, resilience, and performance. For Jon, leadership is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and driving alignment across the organization to support long-term growth.
Outside of work, Jon is deeply committed to supporting the military community alongside his husband, a senior U.S. Navy officer and veteran. Together, they volunteer their time assisting service members and their families through various community initiatives. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for travel, frequently visiting loved ones across New England, New York City, and South America.

With more than 30 years of experience in Finance, Alberto Bonilla has built his career across industries such as Consumer Goods, Pharma, Medical Devices, and Food Distribution. He’s worked in both large global corporations and smaller family-owned businesses, which has given him a unique perspective on how organizations operate and grow. Alberto’s current role as Vice President of Finance Integration came at a pivotal time, as he will participate in bringing together Sunny Morning Foods, Honor Foods Philadelphia, and R.W. Zant into a single, unified entity. Having worked with JD Spangler in the past, Alberto saw the opportunity to leverage his experience in system and organizational integration to help build a strong foundation for the future. For him, leadership means collaboration—aligning different teams, processes, and customers into one vision while empowering leaders across the business to drive our success together.
Outside of work, family is at the center of everything that Alberto does. He and his wife are proud parents of two daughters that keep them happy and busy. Alberto enjoys traveling with his family, finding new restaurants, riding his bike, and getting lost in a good book. Giving back is important to Alberto as well—he’s proudly served on the Board of the YMCA in Montclair and Somerset, NJ for the past 10 years.
