Our Receiving Appointment Process
Appointment scheduling is facilitated by the
- Appointments are provided for windows of time between 5:00 am and Noon, Monday through Friday. Responses to late requests will be generated on the following day.
- Purchase orders are alphanumeric codes generated by our purchasing department and required for all appointments at Honor Foods.
- If an appointment window cannot be met, revise and resubmit the request.
- Receiving hours are from 5:00 a.m. to Noon, Monday through Friday.
- Drivers must check in with the receiving clerk at the receiving desk.
- Drivers must hold and produce the confirmation Purchase Order code during check-in.
- All loads are driver assist. Lumpers are available.
- Acceptable payment methods include cash, Comcheck, EFS, and T-Chek. Payment must be provided by the driver.
- There are no DROP loads.
- Time windows are in two-hour increments. We will communicate a specific appointment date and time as needed.

- 9:00 am – 11:00 am
- 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
