R.W. Zant Unloading Policy:

The R.W. Zant Company requires that all products delivered to our warehouse must be palletized on 48×40-inch pallets. The pallets must not be stacked higher than 64 inches for frozen products and 60 inches for chilled products. All loads that comply with our pallet guidelines will be unloaded by R.W. Zant Company receiving personnel. All drivers are responsible for all local lumper fees associated with loads that require custom work to meet our receiving guidelines R.W. Zant personnel are not permitted to provide lumper services. If you require further assistance with your delivery in order to fulfill the R.W. Zant Receiving Guidelines, please contact R.W.
