CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE EXPRESSLY WAIVED.
C. Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
D. Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
