Eggs: The egg market has turned around and has begun rising. I hope that it is sensible this round, but history tells me it will go up too fast and too high.

Read MoreEggs: The egg market is still dropping dramatically as many flocks have been repopulated and demand is down. I still do expect there to be more next week. It does seem to be slowing down and the brown market rose some.
Read MoreEggs: The market is continuing its rapid decline and declined double digits on a daily basis up until today when it started slowing down . There have been some spot loads trading well below the current market as demand has slowed and supply has increased. The market is still soft but I feel next week’s declines will be much smaller.
Read MoreEggs: Eggs are doing the fast and furious correction and dropped another.75 cents this week. Hang on, as there is more to come.
Read MoreEggs: The egg market is correcting at a rapid pace as holiday demand is behind us. The drops probably will be more aggressive next week as today they dropped .20. Fun times for all!
Read MoreEggs: The egg market’s incredible rise is starting to slow down. The market only rose .01 yesterday which is the smallest increase since it began climbing on October 19th. The market is up $2.43 per dozen since then. It is amazing that a 30 dozen case of eggs now costs $160 and higher. I will not even guess how and when the market will begin to correct itself. The A1 bird influenza is still spreading but holiday demand will now taper off.
Read MoreEggs: The egg market keeps rising .05 per day and is expected to continue. We are at record highs. It will be pretty ugly when it does turn around is my guess.
