Eggs:

After a long period of calmness, the market is on fire and expected to continue as holiday baking is underway!

Butter:

Butter bounced around this week and still ended up down 13 cents with only 3 loads changing hands. The past 2 days there have been offers that lowered the market but no sales. To me that spells lower prices are still coming. Time to tighten our belts while at the same time being able to cover your sales. It is a hard balance to maintain but a necessary one. 

Cheese:

Both Blocks and Barrels drifted lower this week from last week’s averages. Both markets bounced back this week and maybe have found a comfortable level for a short period of time.
