Eggs:
A very quiet week with no changes in the egg market. A pleasant change to say the least!
Weekly CME Cash Dairy Product Prices May 05, 2023
Butter:
Butter drifted back down a few pennies this week and bounced back slightly today. I expect more of the same as I have been stating for quite a while now. Do any of you have a market for 55 lb cubes of Grassland clarified butter? We have 176 that we would like to move out. Our code is 40456. If so, please ask your sales rep.
Cheese:
Both markets dropped again this week. In both markets the close is slightly lower than the average so if nothing changes we will be lower next week. The markets have gotten very low. A nice break for end users, but not for distributors who have inventory on hand!
We have been aggressively lowering prices to hopefully gain or regain your much valued business. Please look closely at our price sheets to see the great opportunities we are presenting. By doing this all of us can gain our much-needed market share!
Cream:
Are you buying our Golden Sunshine or Sommer Maid cream items? If not ask your rep for our great prices so we can sell them to you! Your customers will be happy you did!
