Dave’s Weekly Market Update for 11/21/25

Eggs:
The egg market continued rising this week, but the increases are slowing down. We are probably fairly close to the top of the market.
Butter:
Last week I thought that butter was going to finally turn around and head up, but that was not the case as it fell back down this week. I guess the surplus of milk combined with the increase in the butterfat overall keeps putting downward pressure on the market.
Cheese:
Cheese is down somewhat from last week and if nothing changes, we will be dropping again next week.
