Eggs:
The egg market is weak and in decline as the post-Thanksgiving movement has slowed. We are dropping some Newberg Whole egg items next week for you and your customers. This will b e the 15/2 liquid whole and a bigger drop on 30LB frozen whole pails. Whipping whites also dropped but just .02lb
Butter:
This market firmed slightly this week, but we did not increase the prices.
Cheese:
Cheese prices are weak at the moment. If nothing changes, we will be lowering prices again next week.
Cream cheese pricing dropped a few cents again for next week.

Liquid shortening – the soybean oil market has been active for the last two weeks. The market is off a little today but overall higher trading in the last two weeks. Prices are up.
