Eggs:
The egg market is correcting at a rapid pace as holiday demand is behind us. The drops probably will be more aggressive next week as today they dropped .20. Fun times for all!
Weekly CME Cash Dairy Product Prices January 06,2023
Butter:
We are dropping Butter pricing aggressively for next week. The market has seemed to stabilize and the futures look close to the current market. We may have some stability here but as we remember last January’s rise we, could be surprised. We have many brands and options for you to choose from. There will be some supply issues on cups and some Dinner Bell cheese items as they suffered a fife Monday night and are not shipping at the moment.
Cheese:
Both Block and Barrel dropped this week reflecting quieter demand. There was a slight uptick in the markets today but I do not expect much in the way of increases..
Cream Cheese:
The prices of cream cheese has been declining as it lags behind the butter price. We are dropping our prices again for next week for you!
