Eggs:
Once again the egg market has remained stable. Even with the additional features in retail there still are too many eggs. I have heard some talk that eggs may drop even more! Hopefully producers saved some of their extra profits as they are not making any money at these markets. We are getting more aggressive on the white eggs tomorrow so please look at our pricing again!.

The egg market hit bottom and has started rising again. I have seen some aggressive retail features which I believe are causing the increase. I would expect to see significant increases next week for sure.

The eggs finally hit the bottom and stopped dropping. I would think that retail will start featuring them again and the market may bounce back but nowhere near as high as it was.

The egg market continues to plummet. The market was so high that retail just did not promote eggs for the holiday and there is a glut of eggs. We will see more declines next week. Finally, a break for breakfast restaurants!
