Walt Tullis President

Walt Tullis

Walt has more than 30 years’ of leadership experience in our industry. Prior to joining Honor Foods, he spent more than 20 years with the Campbell Soup Company in several sales and marketing roles within its retail and food service businesses. Before Campbell’s, he held key marketing positions with other major food companies including Ore-Ida, Heinz and Adam’s/Cadbury. When not tailgating with his family at Penn State games you can find Walt out riding his motorcycle, landscaping or gardening.

Joe Adams Vice President of Sales & Purchasing – Philadelphia, PA

Bruce Winer


Joe brings more than 20 years experience to his role overseeing our sales groups. Prior to joining Honor Foods, he held key managerial positions at McCain Foods and Campbell Soup Company. Joe’s customer-first attitude is a major factor in our ability to deliver exceptional food product lines at great prices. (He admits French fries are his personal favorite). Outside of work, Joe spends most of his time following his kids in their sports and Drama activities. Joe likes to stay active and still plays men’s ice hockey. Come summer, you’ll find him on a South Jersey beach.

David Albert Vice President of Sales & Purchasing – Springfield, MA

David Albert

Dave brings over 34 years of experience to our Springfield, Massachusetts location; he left the family business and started with us as a buyer and salesman. “We closed on a Friday and I started here on Monday!”, says Dave. His main focus now is purchasing commodity dairy and he loves the challenges and opportunities the dairy markets present.

Dave has fully restored a 1950 MGTD and enjoys cruising around in it and working on it; whether it’s minor maintenance or ripping out the clutch assembly or full braking system. He also enjoys downhill skiing and doing projects around his home.

Ann Polites Director of Human Resources

Ann Polites

Ann Polites has been in the Human Resources field for 13 years. She is a Drexel University Graduate. Ann has worked in the consumer product goods industry prior to joining Honor Foods. Her experience has enabled her to build a deep expertise in the areas of employee relations, fair employment practices, recruiting, and employee benefits and compensation. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Ann is an active member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM).

Emory Pepper Director of Finance

Emory Pepper

Atlantic Coast, North East, Mid-Atlantic

Emory has over 14 years of experience in the food service industry. Prior to his position with Honor Foods, he worked in Public Accounting, obtaining valuable experience in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. In addition to his professional commitments, Emory also serves on the board of a local non-profit organization. Emory and his family are passionate Philadelphia sports fans.

Dave Pomroy Director of Information Technology

Dave Pomroy

With over 28 years of IT experience, Dave began his career in the IT field in 1991 working in the insurance industry. He joined the Honor Foods team in 1999 as a desktop support specialist. Over the years Dave has advanced his skillset and played a major role in the development of Honors homegrown WMS system, jokingly referring to it as his baby. Now, as Director of IT he is excited and looks forward to the future growth of Honor Foods technologies. In his downtime Dave enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family camping, fishing and just enjoying nature.

Rick D’Edgidio Director of Purchasing

Rick D'Edgidio

Rick started his foodservice career ten years ago at our parent company; Burris Logistics, where he worked on the retail side of the business. Rick has worn many hats during his time at Honor and is now our Director of Purchasing. His favorite part of working here at Honor is cleaning out the company’s freezer by snacking on the constant supply of French fries, chicken fingers, and mozzarella sticks.

Rick is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, enjoys playing golf, and rarely gets a full night sleep due to his energetic toddler and dog at home. Soon he will get even less sleep because baby number two is on the way.


Keith Blake Outside Sales: NY City, Lower Hudson Valley, Southern Connecticut, Long Island, North Jersey

Keith Blake

Keith started his career with Marriott Corporation then moved over to food service sales working for Atlantic Marketing and Colony Brokerage, calling on distributors in the NY and NJ areas. Keith joined Honor foods in 2000 and resides in Central NJ with his wife and son. A long-time New York Yankees and Giants fan, he takes a lot of good-natured ribbing from his Honor Foods colleagues who favor the Phillies and Eagles. “It makes it a little difficult working for a Philadelphia based company,” he says with a smile.

Jeff Imbrogno Outside Sales: Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Southwestern New York

A regional sales manager, Jeff has 30-plus years of food service industry experience in sales, purchasing and operations. His knowledge and dedication to providing value, along with quality products and consistent service, give our customers a competitive edge. Away from work, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the local community and participating in outdoor activities.

Chris Lowry Inside Sales: Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey

Chris Lowry

Chris joined Honor Foods in 2004, and has experience in both inside and outside sales. His greatest strength is product knowledge and his greatest satisfaction comes from the customer loyalty and trust he has built up over many years. Chris is a fan of professional golf and Philly sports teams. Chris has little time to relax as he is the proud father of two energetic young children.

Bob Suwinski Outside Sales: Upstate New York, New England

Bob Suwinski

Bob began his food career in 1969 with a small Italian distributor. He moved up quickly over the years through purchasing, operations and management. A key member of the Honor Foods family since 2007, he enjoys visiting customers and building strong, long-term relationships. Among his favorite food brands are Pilgrim’s Pride, McCain, Hormel and Furmano’s. An avid traveler and golfer, Bob also enjoys spending time with his three granddaughters.

Bruce Banning Inside Sales Springfield Office: Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Region

Bruce Banning

Bruce is excited to bring his 25 years of sales experience to Honor’s Springfield, MA location. Before joining us, Bruce was with both Sysco and US Foods, where he accumulated a wide range of experience and expertise in Foodservice sales. In addition to Bruce’s professional achievements, he plays in two bands and does live sound for the local theater and some of the Springfield area’s most rocking bands.

Rob Hartman Outside Sales Springfield Office: Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Region

Rob Hartman

With 24 years of foodservice experience there’s nothing that Rob can’t do. Everything from warehousing, transportation, purchasing, national sales, and logistics are in his wheelhouse. Before joining us at our Springfield location, Rob honed his extensive skills at Sysco (Syracuse and Connecticut), Empire Beef and Reddy Raw. “My favorite part of my job is building strong, long term relationships with our customers.” says Rob.

Outside of work, Rob resides in Connecticut and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching lacrosse, is a big time Syracuse Orange fan and an avid golfer.

Lisa Bond Outside Sales: Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey

Lisa Bond

Lisa graduated from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) with a degree in fashion design. A part-time bartending job during school led her to transition into the glamorous world of food industry sales.

She started out as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Sorbee, a retail candy and condiment manufacturer, where she concentrated on customer relations, broker management and trade events. Lisa then moved on to a position at Buona Vita, a meatball and Italian specialty products manufacturer, where she called on broadline and Italian distributors across the Mid-Atlantic region.

When not at work, Lisa likes to garden, cook, enjoy fine wines, and rocking concerts. She makes sure to get in a trip ‘across the pond’ every year to visit friends and family.

Dana Norris Inside Sales/Purchasing: Multiple regions

Dana Norris

Dana joined the Honor Foods team in August 2016. After spending over 10 years in the bar and restaurant industry learning the importance of customer service, she decided to take it to the next level on this side of the business. Dana is always the first to volunteer for sampling products, especially mozzarella sticks. When not at work, she enjoys hitting the links for a round of golf, training for her next race, or simply kicking back with a home cooked meal and a nice glass of wine.

Kathy Handy Inside Sales: Philadelphia, Allentown, South Jersey, Delaware

Kathy Handy

A valued Honor Foods employee for more than 24 years, Kathy coordinates sales and opportunities with our outside sales force, as well as with our dairy company. She is responsible for maintaining business and stimulating growth, constantly presenting new ideas and products to customers. In her free time, Kathy enjoys movies, reading, doting on her grandchildren and getaways to the shore.

Rory Killeen Inside Sales: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, New Jersey, New York

Rory Killeen

Rory joined Honor Foods in 2009 from our parent company, Burris Logistics. But Rory has been in the food business since he started working in food retail as a young teenager with working papers. Applying years of knowledge and dedication to his work, Rory strives to keep our customers informed, stocked and happy! In addition to his sales work, Rory is also our dairy buyer in the Philly location. So, if you have some questions in the dairy realm, feel free to contact him. When he’s not behind the desk, the diehard Philly sports fan and avid Arsenal Football Club supporter enjoys watching sports, as well as playing basketball and golfing. In addition to all his cheese lines, he confesses to having a sweet tooth. This may be why he says his favorite vendors are Sweet Street, Brooklyn Cannoli, Gardner Pies and Cheesecake Factory.

Steve Novak Inside Sales: New England and New York State

Steve Novak

Steve has been a vital member of Honor Foods for 32 years. He offers customers good value, highly competitive pricing, and helps them make the most informed buying decisions with the latest market information and trends. Ever the sales professional, Steve’s favorite product lines are those that have the strongest demand and move in pallet quantities.

Julie Singer Inside Sales: Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore/Washington

Julie Singer

Julie’s been with Honor Foods for more than 25 years. Her earliest experience with us was when she was a child, and she and her sister would come to work on Saturday mornings with their dad, Dick Singer, an Honor Foods employee. While Julie has worked in many departments here, she says that what she enjoys most is sales, where every day is an adventure. She learned from her mentor, Margie Rossiter, that the most important thing is satisfying the customer. Outside of work, Julie likes to garden, read, cook, bake, heat up leftovers and hang out with her four rescued cats.

Frank Wills Inside Sales: NY City, Lower Hudson Valley, Southern Connecticut, Long Island, North Jersey

Frank Wills

With 35 years of industry expertise, there’s virtually no customer question Frank can’t answer. From market strategies, pricing and logistics to product applications, his customer support skills are exceptional. Honor Foods frozen vegetable lines are his favorite to sell. When not busy with family activities, Frank enjoys golf, bicycling, baseball, and gardening.
