APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
& PROCEDURES ALL RECEIVING APPOINTMENTS
MUST BE CONFIRMED THROUGH THIS PROCESS. |
Appointments will be taken from 12:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Late requests will not be responded to until the next day.
A request for an appointment will NOT be responded to without an Honor Foods Purchase
Order number which is an alphanumeric number generated by our Purchasing department.
Deliveries are by appointment only and MUST be made no less than 48 hours in advance.
Do not send duplicate faxes. Responses will be within 2 hours.
If you cannot meet the appointment you were given, you must e-mail us at

Please do not place calls, send duplicate faxes or duplicate emails unless we have failed to respond within
2 hours. This will only cause further response delays.

DELIVERY POLICIES |
Receiving hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Mon. through Fri.
Driver must check in with receiving clerk at the receiving desk.
Driver must have the confirmation number provided below when checking in.
All loads are driver assist. Lumpers are available.
There are no DROP loads.
Time windows are in two-hour increments. We will respond with a specific appointment date and time.
